This website provides general information about Yuforma's OEM/ODM manufacturing, product development, sampling, quality-control, packaging and export services. Content does not constitute a binding quotation, product warranty or production commitment.

Product development

Availability, minimum quantities, pricing, lead times, materials, packaging and compliance requirements are confirmed separately for each project. Samples and written specifications must be approved before production.

Buyer responsibilities

Buyers are responsible for confirming that products, claims, labels and documentation meet the laws and market-access requirements of their destination country. Yuforma can provide available manufacturing and product documentation but does not provide legal or regulatory advice.

Intellectual property

Website content belongs to Yuforma or its licensors. Buyer-provided trademarks, designs and materials remain the buyer's responsibility and may only be used for evaluating or fulfilling the relevant project.

Production and service partners

Yuforma may use authorized production facilities, component or packaging providers, laboratories, quality-control services and logistics providers where a project requires specialized processes or services. Product specifications, responsibilities and commercial terms are defined in the applicable quotation, order confirmation or manufacturing agreement.
